The picture on the left was me in the summer of 2018.... 

I was feeling exhausted and wanting to crawl in bed by 3:00 every afternoon for a nap, but since I couldn’t I would just brew myself another cup of coffee.

My pants were starting to feel snug and my wardrobe was dictated by how bloated I felt each day. 

I was working out at least 5 days a week like a crazy lady... some days even doing a double workout but not seeing results for my efforts.

I was hardly eating most days, maybe 1,100-1,200 calories at the most. I looked at food as good vs. bad instead of the fuel that it is.

I was losing my patience easier and snapping at my kiddos and hubby more than I should have been.

In my mind, this was just what turning 40 was all about, this was my new normal....

Fast forward 12 weeks to the picture on the right and everything changed because of the FASTer Way coming into my life!

I have learned how to turn my body into a professional fat burner and I feel stronger than I ever have in my entire life! 

I have energy like a kid in a candy store all day long, and only drink one cup of coffee in the mornings! 

I have learned how to work out smarter not harder and am loving exercise again! 

I now view exercise as a celebration of what my body can do instead of a punishment for what I ate or drank the day before. 

I am eating over 1,800 calories a day but have learned how to eat the right foods, at the right times, for the right reasons so that my body uses it for fuel instead of storing it as fat! 

I have more patience and mentally clarity and am not snapping at my family, the ones I love more than anything! 

Not only has the FASTer Way changed my life, but it has changed the lives of those around me... I am a better mom, wife and friend because of it!

This is why I became a certified coach for this program! I want to help change the lives of others so they too can live their best life and feel good both inside and out! It is truly my mission and vision to help make our world a healthier and happier place!
