Buffalo Ranch Chicken Salad

This dish tastes so good it is almost too good to be true that is not low-carb and macro-friendly. Enjoy it on a bed of lettuce or better yet on top of an avocado!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chicken breast, shredded or chopped (TIP: Use a rotisserie chicken for quicker prep)

  • 1 1/2 cup celery, chopped

  • 1 cup carrots, chopped

  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped

  • 1/4 sweet yellow onion, finely diced

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise {Primal Kitchen is a great option}

  • 1/4 cup Franks Hot Sauce, original

  • 1 Tbsp Ranch Seasoning Mix


Instructions

  1. Mix the mayo, hot sauce, and ranch seasoning until blended.

  2. Combine the chicken and veggies in a large bowl.

  3. Stir in mayo mixture until well blended.

  4. Eat and enjoy! It's delicious!

This low carb recipe is another easy to throw together option for a protein packed meal. Use rotisserie chicken and to cut down on even more time purchase prepped and pre-chopped veggies. Fast and easy, and perfect for all diets.
