Buffalo Ranch Chicken Salad

This dish tastes so good it is almost too good to be true that is not low-carb and macro-friendly. Enjoy it on a bed of lettuce or better yet on top of an avocado!
Ingredients
3 cups chicken breast, shredded or chopped (TIP: Use a rotisserie chicken for quicker prep)
1 1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 sweet yellow onion, finely diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise {Primal Kitchen is a great option}
1/4 cup Franks Hot Sauce, original
1 Tbsp Ranch Seasoning Mix
Instructions
Mix the mayo, hot sauce, and ranch seasoning until blended.
Combine the chicken and veggies in a large bowl.
Stir in mayo mixture until well blended.
Eat and enjoy! It's delicious!
