PB Fat Bombs

A delicious #lowcarb treat that the entire family is sure to love. This recipe is packed full of healthy fats

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup coconut oil

  2. 1/2 cup peanut butter 

  3. 2 TBS. chocolate protein powder

  4. 2 TBS. almond milk

Instructions

  1. Melt coconut oil and peanut butter, then stir in the almond milk

  2. Pour into a mold/ice tray, etc. 

  3. Freeze. Once frozen, melt 1 TBS. coconut oil and mix with 2 TBS. of chocolate protein powder. Drizzle over the frozen fat bomb and place back in freezer for about 30 mins. Then enjoy!
